Aleksei Archer is an imposing and multifaceted American model and actress who has the birthplace of New York. Celebrities on TV celebrated their birthdays on August 1st. She started her career with Larry Forgione before working in various Los Angeles, New York and France-based restaurant chains. Guarnaschelli was eventually the executive cook at Butter. Guarnaschelli competed on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2007. She took on Cat Cora at the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 and was the winner. She has since appeared as Judge on the show and, in 2011, competed on The Next Iron Chef season four in which she came in as the third-place finisher. The contest ended in defeat on one episode of Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. Following the conclusion of season 4, she was appointed Geoffrey Zakarian's sous-chef. In 2008 she became the host of Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli where she mentors a small group of students in the art of teaching them to reinvent classic dishes.
